Terms of Service

By using Movepost, you agree to these terms.

1. How Movepost works

Movepost helps you build an account list, open the right pages, fill address forms, and track your progress. Optional email discovery helps find accounts you may need to update. We are not a mail-forwarding service.

You sign in directly on each institution’s website. The extension may press the sign-in button once on the exact page it opened if Chrome has filled a saved login and the extension is still managing that tab. It never reads or stores credential values. Otherwise you sign in manually. You handle two-factor prompts, review and save each address change, and confirm it with the institution.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, use Movepost lawfully and only for your own accounts, and keep your Movepost sign-in secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

3. Payment and refunds

The Move Pass costs $19 once for your move, paid through Stripe. Prices are shown before payment and may change for future purchases.

If the product did not work as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

4. Accuracy and availability

Institutions change their pages and processes, so we cannot guarantee that every link, instruction, or suggested account list is current or complete. Movepost does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that following its suggestions will update any particular account.

5. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movepost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed mail, bills, fees, or losses arising from an account you did not update or an institution’s own processes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms or the Service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
