How to change your address on Capital One

Moving? Capital One still has your old address until you tell it otherwise. Here’s the fastest path.

The short version

  1. Sign in to your Capital One account — the address settings live here: https://myaccounts.capitalone.com/Profile. You may need to re-verify with a code.
  2. Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
  3. Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.
