How to change your address on Discover
To change your address on Discover: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
Go straight to the address settings: https://portal.discover.com/customersvcs/universalLogin/ac_main
- Sign in to the Discover Account Center.
- Update your address in your profile, or send it through Secure Messages so an agent applies it.
- You can also call 1-800-DISCOVER (available 24/7) to change it by phone.
One Discover gotcha: At Discover your billing and mailing address are the same — there’s only one to update, so a stale one affects both statements and card delivery.

Worth knowing for credit cards accounts
- Card issuers verify your identity against your billing address — online checkout can start failing after a move if it goes stale.
