How to change your address on Discover

Sign in to Discover, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the Discover Account Center.
  2. Update your address in your profile, or send it through Secure Messages so an agent applies it.
  3. You can also call 1-800-DISCOVER (available 24/7) to change it by phone.

One Discover gotcha. At Discover your billing and mailing address are the same. There’s only one to update, so a stale one affects both statements and card delivery.

  • Card issuers verify your identity against your billing address. Online checkout can start failing after a move if it goes stale.
