How to change your address on CVS

Sign in to CVS, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.

  1. Sign in and update your profile/account address.
  2. Separately update your pharmacy profile address.
  3. Set your preferred store for pickups near the new place.

One CVS gotcha. Your CVS.com account and your pharmacy record are two separate systems. Update both, or mail-order prescriptions still go to your old address.

  • Mail-order prescriptions ship to the address on file. A stale one means medication delays or packages at your old door.
