How to change your address on Aetna
To change your address on Aetna: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
- Sign in to your Aetna account — the address settings live here: https://member.aetna.com/. You may need to re-verify with a code.
- Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
- Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.
Worth knowing for insurance accounts
- Your address is part of how insurers price your policy — auto and renters premiums change by ZIP code, and a stale address can jeopardize a claim.
- Update before you need to file anything: claims adjusters check that the address matches the policy.
