How to change your address on USAA

Moving? USAA still has your old address until you tell it otherwise. Here’s the fastest path.

The short version

  1. Sign in to your USAA account — the address settings live here: https://www.usaa.com/my/profile. You may need to re-verify with a code.
  2. Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
  3. Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.

Worth knowing for insurance accounts

  • Your address is part of how insurers price your policy — auto and renters premiums change by ZIP code, and a stale address can jeopardize a claim.
  • Update before you need to file anything: claims adjusters check that the address matches the policy.
USAA is one account. The average mover has 15–40 more —Movepost finds yours from your email (headers only, it can’t read your messages), opens each site, and autofills your new address while you check them off.Find my accounts free →
