How to change your address on State Farm
Sign in to State Farm, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.
Steps
- Sign in and go to Manage your accounts → Profile → contact information.
- Update your address, or message your agent to do it.
- Ask whether your policy needs to be rewritten for the new location.
One State Farm gotcha. A move can change coverage and price. Homeowners/renters policies usually have to be rewritten for the new address, not just edited.
