How to change your address on Bank of America
Sign in to Bank of America, open Profile & Settings › Contact information, replace your mailing address and save.
Steps
- Sign in and go to Profile & Settings → Contact information.
- Edit your address; you’ll be asked whether to apply it to all accounts or one.
- Choose all accounts, then save.
One Bank of America gotcha. If you pick a single account by mistake, statements and cards for your other BofA accounts keep going to the old address.

Worth knowing for banking accounts
- Banks mail replacement cards, statements, and fraud alerts, so an old address here is a real security risk.
- Update the mailing address on each account, and check that paperless settings didn’t hide an old physical address.
