How to change your address on Citi

Steps

1. Sign in to your Citi account. The address settings live here: https://online.citi.com/US/ag/profile/contactinformation. You may need to re-verify with a code.
2. Find the profile, contact or address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing and billing addresses, and update both.
3. Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.

Worth knowing for banking accounts

• Banks mail replacement cards, statements, and fraud alerts, so an old address here is a real security risk.
• Update the mailing address on each account, and check that paperless settings didn’t hide an old physical address.
