How to change your address on Chase
Sign in to Chase, open Profile › Personal details, replace your mailing address and save.
Steps
- Sign in on chase.com or the Chase Mobile app and open Profile & settings → Personal details.
- Select the address (or other contact info) you want to change and follow the prompts; Chase emails a confirmation to the address on file.
- Confirm the new address applied to each product you intended (checking, cards, loans). One edit may not cover every account.
One Chase gotcha. Order any replacement card only after the new address shows as confirmed. Otherwise it ships to your old place.

Worth knowing for banking accounts
- Banks mail replacement cards, statements, and fraud alerts, so an old address here is a real security risk.
- Update the mailing address on each account, and check that paperless settings didn’t hide an old physical address.
