How to change your address on Chase

To change your address on Chase: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.

The short version

Go straight to the address settings: https://secure.chase.com/web/auth/dashboard#/dashboard/profileArea/mailingAddressDetails/selectMyMailingAddressDetails

  1. Sign in and open Profile & settings → Personal details.
  2. Edit your mailing address; Chase may text or email a verification code.
  3. Save, then confirm it applied to each account (checking, card, etc.).

One Chase gotcha: Order any replacement card only after the new address shows as confirmed — otherwise it ships to your old place.

Steps last generated August 19, 2026. Confirm onChase’s own site — forms and menus change.

Worth knowing for banking accounts

  • Banks mail replacement cards, statements, and fraud alerts — an old address here is a real security risk, not just an inconvenience.
  • Update the mailing address on each account, and check that paperless settings didn’t hide an old physical address.
