How to change your address on Chase

Moving? Chase still has your old address until you tell it otherwise. Here’s the fastest path.

The short version

  1. Sign in to your Chase account — the address settings live here: https://secure.chase.com/web/auth/dashboard#/dashboard/profile/index. You may need to re-verify with a code.
  2. Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
  3. Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.

Worth knowing for banking accounts

  • Banks mail replacement cards, statements, and fraud alerts — an old address here is a real security risk, not just an inconvenience.
  • Update the mailing address on each account, and check that paperless settings didn’t hide an old physical address.
