How to change your address on Newrez
To change your address on Newrez: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
- Sign in to your Newrez account — the address settings live here: https://www.newrez.com/. You may need to re-verify with a code.
- Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
- Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.

- Loan servicers mail statements, escrow analyses, and tax forms (1098/1098-E) to the address on file — stale mail here can hide a missed payment.
- If you sold the old home, update the servicer even after payoff: final escrow refunds usually arrive as paper checks.
