How to change your address on Rocket Mortgage
Moving? Rocket Mortgage still has your old address until you tell it otherwise. Here’s the fastest path.
The short version
- Sign in to your Rocket Mortgage account — the address settings live here: https://www.rocketmortgage.com/. You may need to re-verify with a code.
- Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
- Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.
Worth knowing for loans & mortgages accounts
- Loan servicers mail statements, escrow analyses, and tax forms (1098/1098-E) to the address on file — stale mail here can hide a missed payment.
- If you sold the old home, update the servicer even after payoff: final escrow refunds usually arrive as paper checks.
