How to change your address on PenFed Credit Union

To change your address on PenFed Credit Union: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.

The short version

Go straight to the address settings: https://www.penfed.org/

  1. Sign in to your PenFed account through PenFed Online at penfed.org or via the PenFed Mobile app.
  2. On the web, click your name in the top-right corner and choose Update Profile Information; in the app, tap the profile icon and then Contact Information.
  3. Click Edit next to the Address section and complete the passcode or identity verification steps to confirm who you are.
  4. Enter your new address, submit the update, and review the confirmation to make sure everything is correct.

One PenFed Credit Union gotcha: PenFed may require you to upload proof of your new address (an unexpired government-issued photo ID, utility bill, or lease) using the Identity Authentication Category. Also, if your physical and mailing addresses differ, you can't change the physical address yourself online — you'll need to contact PenFed directly.
