How to change your address on Regions Bank
To change your address on Regions Bank: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
Go straight to the address settings: https://www.regions.com/
- Log in to your Regions Online Banking account on a desktop browser
- Go to Customer Service, then click the Settings tab
- Under Contact & Security, select Mailing Address, check the account(s) to update, enter your new address, and click Submit
One Regions Bank gotcha: Regions only lets individual/personal account holders update their mailing address online (and the mobile app only lets you view it, not edit it) — business account addresses must be changed in person at a local branch.

Worth knowing for banking accounts
- Banks mail replacement cards, statements, and fraud alerts — an old address here is a real security risk, not just an inconvenience.
- Update the mailing address on each account, and check that paperless settings didn’t hide an old physical address.
