How to change your address on Regions Bank
Sign in to Regions Bank, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.
Steps
- Log in to your Regions Online Banking account on a desktop browser
- Go to Customer Service, then click the Settings tab
- Under Contact & Security, select Mailing Address, check the account(s) to update, enter your new address, and click Submit
One Regions Bank gotcha. Regions only lets individual/personal account holders update their mailing address online (and the mobile app only lets you view it, not edit it) — business account addresses must be changed in person at a local branch.

Worth knowing for banking accounts
- Banks mail replacement cards, statements, and fraud alerts, so an old address here is a real security risk.
- Update the mailing address on each account, and check that paperless settings didn’t hide an old physical address.
