How to change your address on Edward Jones
To change your address on Edward Jones: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.

Go straight to the address settings: https://www.edwardjones.com/
- Sign in to your Edward Jones Online Access account and click your name in the top-right corner.
- Choose "Profile" from the menu.
- Open "Personal Information" to view and edit your primary address.
- Use "Communication Preferences" if you also need to update your email or phone number, or reach out to your financial advisor for help.
One Edward Jones gotcha: On certain devices the mobile app won't let you change contact info — you'll need to tap "Visit Full Site" under the "More" menu to update your address.
