How to change your address on Humana

Sign in to Humana, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your MyHumana account at account.humana.com (or create/activate one if you haven't already).
  2. Open the Account menu and go to Account Settings.
  3. Locate your address details and enter your new mailing address, then save the changes.
  4. While in Account Settings, review your communication preferences and ID cards to make sure they reflect the update.

One Humana gotcha. Address changes are made through the MyHumana member portal, not on the general humana.com site — you'll need your account login, and the same Account Settings area also controls ID cards and communication preferences.

Worth knowing for insurance accounts

  • Your address is part of how insurers price your policy. Auto and renters premiums change by ZIP code, and a stale address can jeopardize a claim.
  • Update before you need to file anything: claims adjusters check that the address matches the policy.
