How to change your address on T. Rowe Price
To change your address on T. Rowe Price: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
Go straight to the address settings: https://www.troweprice.com/
- Sign in to your T. Rowe Price account at troweprice.com and go to the My Accounts area.
- Open your account profile and select the contact information section.
- Edit your address (and any other details like phone or email), then save the update.
- For a workplace retirement plan, call the Workplace Retirement team at 1-800-922-9945 to change that address separately.
One T. Rowe Price gotcha: Updating your address online applies to your mutual fund and brokerage accounts only — retirement plan addresses must be changed by phone, and for 15 days after an address change you can't request an online redemption sent to your address of record.

Worth knowing for investing accounts
- Brokerages mail tax documents (1099s) to the address on file — a stale address means missing tax season paperwork.
- Some address changes at brokerages trigger a short hold on outgoing transfers; do this early, not during a trade.
