How to change your address on AT&T
To change your address on AT&T: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
Go straight to the address settings: https://www.att.com/acctmgmt/profile
- Sign in and open Profile → billing/contact information.
- Update your billing address and save.
- For internet, start a transfer-of-service order for the new address.
One AT&T gotcha: Wireless billing address and internet service address are tracked separately — editing one doesn’t move the other.
