How to change your address on Frontier

To change your address on Frontier: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.

The short version

Go straight to the address settings: https://frontier.com/

  1. Call Frontier's moving line at 1-800-921-8101 (Mon–Fri, 8AM–8PM ET) or use the online chat to start a move order for your service
  2. Give the rep your new address so they can confirm fiber/internet availability there and schedule your transfer up to 45 days before your move date
  3. Ask whether your current plan and any promotional pricing can carry over to the new address, or if a different plan is needed
  4. Confirm what to do with your existing equipment (router/modem) and get your new installation date, since free professional installation is included

One Frontier gotcha: Frontier doesn't offer a self-service online portal for moving your service—you must call or chat with an agent to transfer service, and availability of fiber (and your current plan/promo) at the new address isn't guaranteed.

Worth knowing for phone & internet accounts

  • Carriers bill by service address, and e911 location for your phone line depends on it being current.
  • Internet providers may need an appointment at the new address — schedule before moving day.
