How to change your address on Verizon
Moving? Verizon still has your old address until you tell it otherwise. Here’s the fastest path.
The short version
- Sign in to your Verizon account — the address settings live here: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/acctprofile/. You may need to re-verify with a code.
- Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
- Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.
Worth knowing for phone & internet accounts
- Carriers bill by service address, and e911 location for your phone line depends on it being current.
- Internet providers may need an appointment at the new address — schedule before moving day.
