How to change your address on Verizon
To change your address on Verizon: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
Go straight to the address settings: https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/acctprofile/
- Sign in to My Verizon → Account → Profile.
- Update your billing address and save.
- For home internet/Fios, place a separate move-service order.
One Verizon gotcha: Billing address and service/e911 address are different — a mobile plan may just need a billing update, but internet needs a transfer order.

Worth knowing for phone & internet accounts
- Carriers bill by service address, and e911 location for your phone line depends on it being current.
- Internet providers may need an appointment at the new address — schedule before moving day.
