How to change your address on Spectrum

Steps

1. Sign in to your Spectrum account. The address settings live here: https://www.spectrum.net/. You may need to re-verify with a code.
2. Find the profile, contact or address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing and billing addresses, and update both.
3. Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.

• Carriers bill by service address, and e911 location for your phone line depends on it being current.
• Internet providers may need an appointment at the new address. Schedule before moving day.
