How to change your address on Spectrum
To change your address on Spectrum: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
- Sign in to your Spectrum account — the address settings live here: https://www.spectrum.net/. You may need to re-verify with a code.
- Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
- Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.

- Carriers bill by service address, and e911 location for your phone line depends on it being current.
- Internet providers may need an appointment at the new address — schedule before moving day.
