Sign in to Xfinity, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.

Steps

Sign in at xfinity.com/myaccount.
Update your billing address under account settings.
Use Xfinity Moving to schedule internet/TV service at the new address.

One Xfinity gotcha. Moving your internet is a transfer order (with a service date), completely separate from your billing address.

Worth knowing for phone & internet accounts

Carriers bill by service address, and e911 location for your phone line depends on it being current.
Internet providers may need an appointment at the new address. Schedule before moving day.
