How to change your address on Xfinity
To change your address on Xfinity: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
Go straight to the address settings: https://www.xfinity.com/myaccount
- Sign in at xfinity.com/myaccount.
- Update your billing address under account settings.
- Use Xfinity Moving to schedule internet/TV service at the new address.
One Xfinity gotcha: Moving your internet is a transfer order (with a service date), completely separate from your billing address.
