How to change your address on T-Mobile

Sign in to T-Mobile, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.

Steps

  1. Sign in and open Profile → billing address.
  2. Update it and save.
  3. If you have T-Mobile Home Internet, update the gateway’s registered address too.

One T-Mobile gotcha. The billing edit is easy, but any home-internet gateway keeps its own e911 registered address that must be updated separately.

Worth knowing for phone & internet accounts

  • Carriers bill by service address, and e911 location for your phone line depends on it being current.
  • Internet providers may need an appointment at the new address. Schedule before moving day.
