How to change your address on T-Mobile
To change your address on T-Mobile: sign in, open the address settings page linked below, replace your old mailing (and billing) address, and save. It takes about five minutes once you’re signed in.
The short version
Go straight to the address settings: https://www.t-mobile.com/account/profile
- Sign in and open Profile → billing address.
- Update it and save.
- If you have T-Mobile Home Internet, update the gateway’s registered address too.
One T-Mobile gotcha: The billing edit is easy — but any home-internet gateway keeps its own e911 registered address that must be updated separately.
