How to change your address on Florida Power & Light
Moving? Florida Power & Light still has your old address until you tell it otherwise. Here’s the fastest path.
The short version
- Sign in to your Florida Power & Light account — the address settings live here: https://www.fpl.com/. You may need to re-verify with a code.
- Find the profile / contact / address section and replace your old address with the new one. Watch for separate mailing vs billing addresses — update both.
- Save, then check the confirmation. Some services email a security notice; that’s normal.

- Utilities usually need a stop-service date at the old address and a start-service date at the new one — it’s two orders, not one edit.
