How to change your address on PG&E
Sign in to PG&E, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.
Steps
- Sign in and open the Move Center (or “Start/Stop/Transfer service”).
- Schedule a stop at your old address and a start at your new one.
- Book 1–2 weeks ahead. Same-day starts often aren’t available.
One PG&E gotcha. Utilities aren’t an address edit. They’re two orders (stop + start). Miss the start order and you arrive to no power.
