Sign in to Xcel Energy, open the profile or contact section, replace your mailing address and save.

- Have your Xcel Energy account information ready, including your account number and the new billing address you want on file.
- Call Xcel Energy customer service at 800-895-4999 to reach a representative.
- Ask the representative to update the billing address on your account; they can process the change during the call.
- Confirm the updated address with the representative before ending the call.
